Ladies and Gentlemen,
I spent about 9 months on this board and in that time, I lost about 15lbs fat and gained a whole lot of muscle. I'd never had it before. But in the last 6 months I've fallen right off the wagon. And now, in 10 days, I face some people who I cannot see with the extra pudginess around my chin. It's the first place to come off my body when I lose weight, and I've been back on the wagon for about a week now. But I need to push this up a bit, even with the understanding that I am doing myself a disservice after I come back from this trip - that is fine.
So, if you can tell me whether it's the increase in cardio (maybe 5mi. running/day) or the decrease in intake (should I practically fast?) that I need to consider, please let me know...I appreciate any advice and again, I know that crash dieting isn't a good idea. I'm not trying to use this to get back down to my ideal weight - just to dump 6lbs in 10 days (difficult or impossible, I know?).
Thanks again.
