Ok guys this cutting is kicking my ass big time, but i think im finally turjing the corner. With the great help of the guys on this board, i have managed to make sure i eat more protein and lower my carbs, i was eating way too much bread. I also underestimated the importance of water and i wasn't getting anything close to a gallon a day.
ALSO i have dropped from 213-214 to 210lbs. my body is looking the same in the mirror, and my strength all seems to be the same, it's getting kinda frustrating but i think i hit on something. My activity level, being a college student i didn't have enough time to devote to the gymas i wanted, i was only doing cardio about 2-3 days per week, and lifting about 3 days per week. But now that schools out i can really turn it up so wish me luck, i posted some of my newest pics, any more tips would be greatly appreciated.
Remeber my goal is 9% bf by June 26th, eh not looking like im gonna make i t tho :d_frown:
