Just out of curiosity, how tall are you?

A small blurb about your diet and training routine could be helpful as well

That's great work. If you lose 20+ pounds, you have really made great effort, been patient, and had exemplary discipline.

Others: Please don't interpret this as "if you haven't lost 20+ Pounds, then you haven't" That's not what I mean, and it's not logical argument.

Its a great feeling.

Post what you did - please.

Thanks for the replies and inquries. I have a little more detailed log in my journal so check that out for how the progress went if your interested ............... dont know how to put a link to it or I would :o

I can tell you that my weight loss and a very fast reduction in BF% came after I started on Swoles SGX program. I was skeptical at first ( who wants to pay $200 for a program that you dont know is any good , or if it would work for you ) but after ready sooooooooo many good things about it and never hearing anything really bad I decided to give it a shot. Man , I'm sure happy I did. I have had great progress and have never felt better and havent looked this lean in YEARS !!! Its a really good program but like anything else you get into it what you put into it and I've been on track following it to the letter so I can say it works :tu: If you want to lean out fast and drop your BF% check his site out , I post under "steve" on his site and have a journal on there too.

Edit : Oh ya , here ya go dc , I'm 5'8" tall.
