Dont know how to start, but anyways, im a college student living in the dorms, however i dont have a porblem with bluking and i can easily gain muscle mass, never liked any protien shakes and still managed to add some pounds, however, i dont see any changes, while my friends do, most of them want to become my size..i dont see that im big, and when i see other guys i think they are bigger, but when i ask my friends they laugh and tell me that im much bigger... i have a big appetite, ive never seen anyone eat like me, thats not the case, i do have some fat, maybe thats whats keeping my motivation low.. but whats my problem why dont i see myself as big as people see me? im 6.0, 209lb havent measured since i was home 2 months ago, could be 200 or less since ive been an a strict diet..

take pictures of yourself... that's the best way to see progress and to 'see' what other people see... often you don't see yourself (in the mirror) as others see you ;)

I think you're problem is actually quite common. I know a lot of guys who are big, yet they feel small and this makes them unmotivated. I myself have had this problem. In fact, I believe there's actually a term for it somewhere...

Rest assured, it's all mental! Find ways to keep yourself motivated! As Chameleon said, taking pictures is an excellent way to keep yourself going!
