Hye everyone.

Over the last year I have lost 50+ lbs of fat and have gotten into a very good style both thru excersise and eating habits.

Though during one of my league Rugby games I broke my collar bone in a tackle and am now told to take it easy for about a month.

I am currently 178, 5'10 but i still have alot of fat to take off (18% BF)
I know i need to hit the wieghts, but in my current condition I cannot.

So what can I do thru my eating habits to maintain as much muscle as possible and lose or maintain weight?

I wont be able to life a single weight untill mid june.

Recalculate your daily caloric needs to inculde your new, lessened, activity level. Then simply eat clean at a level to maintain, or less to cut.
