Hi,
Some of you may have heard about it - 'gyrotwister' - sounds like a gimmick, but it actually works really well. Its like this ball that starts to spin once you start it but then speeds up and sort of resists your movement (so you keep moving faster and faster). Has a "gyroscope" in it I believe.
Anyway I tried using it, swirling my hand around for bout 10mins. The next day my forearms were ACHING!
Could I use something like this to even slightly increase my forearm size? I'm not looking for huge gains .. just to make it a big bigger and obviously look more toned/strong. The pain would mean it is working out those muscles - and the faster you go, the harder it is so it can 'adapt' as the forarm becomes more stronger.
Would it work? You can feel resistance as your doing it, so it seems to be doing something.
Andrew.
