Was just going through some pics I had On my computer and figured I'd throw these up here, It's funny but when you are really fat sometimes you don't even realize it until you see some pictures of yourself.




This was taken on new years eve, i'm guessing my weight was about 225

the one negative i have noticed to having a skinny face is it's a lot harder to shave now, It seems like i'm always missing patches of hair on my jaw line.

But I think this is something I can live with :D

It's been up here a few times, I started out just lowering my calories/eating 6 clean meals a day/ 5 or 6 days of cardio/ and a 4 day max ot split.

I'm still doing pretty much the same thing but I switched to a carb cycle to get down to 8 or 9% body fat (i'm stuck at 10% now)


Started all this around novemberish but really started keeping track of everything and doing everything the right way in january.

I'm down about 45 pounds but i'm really skinny now (6'5"- 185) I just have a tiny bit of fat to go but if it's not off in a few more weeks i'm going to start a really clean bulk for the next 6 or so months.

Great! That is a great goal achieved... Funny how it can make you look like a different person.

I can definitely relate, once mine's completely gone, I never want a double / triple chin again...

If it's harder to shave then treat yourself to a new razor - you deserve (earned) it.


This in so motivational that I almost think there should be a Thread just for before & after chins... :claplow:
