Here goes....
I found this site about 6 or so months ago and then I just refound it the other day. I have been running about 4 miles lately and I just started lifting weights again. I used to weigh around 165 but then I got a girlfriend and my weight slowly climbed to 190. We broke up and then I dropped about 30 lbs but have slowly gained back mostly muscle. I've decided to do this so that I'm like "hey....you posted a pic of yourself on here...now you have to work off the flab so you can post a better picture"
I attached a recent pic.....
I weigh about 175 and all my fat is like right there in the midsection. I have virtually no fat on my legs or thighs.
I started "cutting" (which I've never done before) yesterday so we'll see how that progresses.
