Wow! Fantastic results!

At 4 pounds / week, however, I would be concerned about muscle loss.

Thanks for the comments so far, you have no idea what they mean towards my motivation.

Now for the 4pounds/week thing. Yeah you're right, I DID loose some muscle in the process but it wasnt very much. Im still lifting about the same, but this time around i have a lot more stamina and can do more reps :)

As long as i get to 220 by July 1st and 200 by September 1st, im super happy, muscle loss or not. Ill worry about bulking later! :bb:

Thanks for the awsome comments!

Wow, you look skinny at 6'3" and 234. Although, I'm sure you could be more defined.

And here I am working towards 6'5" and 205. I might have to bump that up to 215.

Keep up the great work!

Believe it or not, i still got about 35 pounds to go before I'm satisfied. I want to be 200 or lower at my height :) Then I will bulk after summer and hit 220 and then cut once again to add on my muscle.

Wow.. that is really impressive, and especially in only 40 days. I think most people would be happy with that in 6 months! At this rate you're going to be unrecognizable in a few months you're going to be so fit!!

Thanks man. I'll have some pics up in the next few days. We'll see how it goes. It'll be interesting where we end up. You're cutting down all the way while I'm trying to bulk before really concentrating on cutting. I'm eating clean, but still trying to eat above maintenance for muscle growth. We'll see where we end up

I definetly understand where you're headed with your bulking then cutting. Since that will create more muscle and replace the fat, so instead of weight drop, you just trade muscle for fat.

The only thing i find not too pleasing about this way of doing things is that it takes longer. My mission is to look nice and cut for the summer even if it means i will loose some muscle.

I just want to shed this damn shell before i start bulking, i feel its just more important for me. Plus i gotta loose the belly! :) hehe

Post some new pics man! damn it :)
