Due to my schedule and selected gym, it is hard to have a consistant workout partner. Ive made the decision im not going to make the gains I want if I try to do it on my own. So hard to stay dedicated on a diet. So im looking for a challenge to help me stay focused and compete (love competing) at the same time.
Bf 17-18%, I think
Been working out for the past 4 weeks. Lost 4lbs since.
Hoping to gain/keep all the lean mass I can while reducing BF to 10%.

Hey mate i am looking for a challenge i have been trying to cut for about 2 weeks and seem to be going ok
im pretty much the same as you im -
20% body fat
and am looking to get down to 10 % also

Hey, good luck to you both. I'd join, but I already have my own carb cycling challenge.
When we'll be all sub 10% maybe we could make up a new challenge.
For the time being, I'm sure wh0areume wont mind joining ;)

umm dunno currently i am eating fairly good shit doing but need a bit of help if someone reads this. Morning cardio for 25min (6:00) and then after work (5:00) workout and then 20min HIIT
my aim is to get down to 10% and then further
so i dunno what requirements cause im only new here also
what do you think?
