Does anyone add the Sugar free jello pudding to their shakes? I found that it tastes very good when you do this. It has no sugar and only 25 calories per serving. You only need about 1-2 servings to really get a good taste from it.

never tried it in my shake but i just started eating the pudding(an idea i got on another forum site) as a snack with protein powder added in...and for the 3 cups of milk i use 2 of skim and 1 of fat free evaporated milk to add calcium

Same, I never had it in a shake. But I put some in my cottage cheese and then put it in the freezer for an hour or so and it makes for a nice little chilled tread before bed..... Closest thing to Ice Cream without cheating.
