im a new trainer and i have a question about the max-ot program
in the program it says that you have to use the right weight to do at least 4 raps but not more then 6.it seems to me that it is going to take me too much time to check which weight should i use for every exercise.is there an easy way to check which weight should i use?
thanx,

Take the first week to find out what your weight limits are. Try a weight you feel you can do 4 sets of 4-6 reps with that will tire you out. Now, if you did the 4 sets with ease, try to go untill failure on the last set. Use how many extra reps until failure to guage how much more you should add for the next time you do the work out.

Remember, trial and error! Good luck.

I'm on the third week of the Max-Ot program... 4-6 reps, meaning at least you can reach 4 reps, but should reach positive failure at the 6th reps. For me, I target 5 reps. And by the way, it's easier to predict the weights you'll need, I usually found out during the warm-up sets. By the way, the key to Max-Ot is overload, right? So don't be afraid to try heavier weights and go as heavy as you can ;)
