Here's a quick history of my last 6 months. Unfortunately, i have no record of the previous 8, but they were mainly cutting from 33% to 10%.

08-11-2003 - 10-07-2003: BULKING
10-13-2003 - 12-04-2003: CUTTING
12-15-2003 - CURRENT: BULKING

I should get as consistent at measuring myself as i am at eating and working out. But for now, the following is all i've got. Sorry if it's a little shaky.

12-04-2003 - 162.4/177.0lbs 8% BF
01-23-2004 - 167.8/189.0lbs 11.2% BF

Would you be able to post what your diet looks like? You're making some wicked gains.

Would you be able to post what your diet looks like? You're making some wicked gains. Diet is 40/40/20. Pre-workout 1 scoop whey / 2 tbsp dextrose. Post-workout 2 scoops whey / 2 tbsp dextrose. High-gi meal an hour after working out. Another scoop of whey an hour after that meal. Every meal is timed according to the 'Building Muscle 24/7' article on bodybuilding.com by Eric Satterfield (sp?).
