Losing weight is easy. Gaining muscle is hard though.
I bulked on and off so I'm not sure where I am at. I was intially at 120 lbs as I can recall. Now I am at 142 lbs.
I'm still not done cutting yet but I'm almost done. Here are some pictures that I took.
The last time I bulked, I was at 150 lbs. Then, I went down from 150 lbs to 142 lbs. I cutting for the summer. After summer, I'm going to go back to bulking and hope to get my weight to 170 lbs before I cut again. :tu:

Oh yeah, this is my 2nd time bulking. I'm showing you my 2nd bulking and cutting phase. I don't have my first sorry.
Cutting phase
How did I do it? I seriously don't know how to explain or to begin. I just do it with a lot of motivation. No pop/ No junkfood. Eat frequently like 8-10 meals a day? Just enough to get through the day. I eat home food, whatever my mother makes me =)
I go to the gym almost everyday and do 40 minutes on the threadmill non-stop (HIIT)
Then, I just tone up every muscle slightly. So I spend an hour to an hour and a half at the gym everyday. I go to the gym usually 40 minutes after breakfast. During school days, I go to the gym in between my breaks. :eek:
By the way, I am 5'5
