Hey guys, I've been training for 3 weeks now but just before I started I took some pics. I will be taking new pics every 4 weeks and logging them on my new web page so you can see my progress (or at least I hope you can see some progress!). Just go to www.gazza80.com/fitness and you will see why I am in serious need to bulk up! Any words of advice or encouragement would be much apreciated!

Looks like you have a good plan started.. Just stick to it, eat clean and a lot, and keep lifting heavy! you'll get to your goal in no time!

Just so you're aware. The site does not like Firefox at all.

Looks good in IE, though. :tu:

Nice car man-I don't think I've ever seen one that nice in the U.S.-It must not be appreciated that much by American drivers.

I like what you had to say about just getting in the gym for one purpose-to train. It's intensity that makes the difference between muscle growth and stagnancy. I looked over your weight training plan and I would just recommend to add in one extra leg exercise-lunges would be the best since you say there's very little equipment. You can do them holding dumbells (my preference) or with a barbell on your shoulders. If you really want to challenge yourself you could try overhead barbell lunges, which work your core really well while hitting your legs too.

Good luck in your bulking efforts.

Thanks for the feedback, but I've used Firefox to view it and it looks normal to me. Not sure why you had a problem with it. Thanks again!

Cheers Nico, thanks for the lunges tip. I'm not a big fan of them and hate doing them, but I will give it a go and see how I feel about them as I go on. I used to really hate the rowing machine but have grown to like it after all so I will definitely give the lunges a try. My gym has no barbells so I can't try the other excercise!
