Hey, here are the pics. I don't really see much change, although I haven't really been doing much except for not eating fast food and not drinking soda anymore. I have been having a tough time getting my cardio in, but I am now determined to do it everyday. I just ran 3 miles yesterday and today I did 2.5 miles. I am getting there...

You dont think you're making progress? It looks like to me that you are losing weight in the belly area. You have great pecs... I'm quite jealous! Keep us updated!

Yeah, I see progress too...plus there are some BIG muscles there just waiting to get out!
Keep it up with the cardio, in just a few weeks you'll be a happy man! Also keep reading about your diet on the boards and you'll watch the fat melt away!
BTW- I'm also jealous of your pecs!

I see definite progress. Try some HIIT and eat a protein/carb meal an hour or so afterwards. That'll help speed up fat-loss.
