I´m Martin, i live in argentina(that´s why i don´t have a very good english). Well , let me talk about myself: i´m 17 years old, i think i´m 6´0, and weigh 155 lb (70kg). I´ve been training for a year, when i started i weight 63kg with less definition. All i did was bulking i dont how i became more lean, it must was for my ectomorph complexion.

i don´t know if the sizes here are the same that the united states, i´m a 30, i have 73 cm of waist
