Ok here are some pics from me today. My questions are
1. What should I work on?
2. What do you think my BF% is - mybodycomp says 15.61% but I think that is too low.

I haven't lifted for many months. I go to yoga for 90 minutes 3x a week and my job is very physical. I need to get motivated and get myself looking and feeling better. I would be greatful for advice

Age 34
Height 5' 8.5"
Weight 190.6 lbs

Nice work there Fujo :tu:

I think the areas you need to work on more are lats, and traps. My guess at BF% is 16.5-17%

I think you should cut and retrack on lifting weights. You look like you have a very good amount of muscle mass under there, and cutting would bring it out nicely.

Thanks for the input. I am in the process of cutting again and I really do need to get back to lifting.

what do you do for a living if i may ask? whatever it is, it seems to give you a constant fullbody workout! i cant believe how big your calves are, and they're ripped too.

good luck with cutting. you were the first member to sign up for this site (besides john and lisa), so i'm sure you know what to do :)

Yeah it is basically a full bodyworkout everyday - I'm a Coke Man. I am happy with my claves and with my forarms - it's just all the stuff in between I'm not so thrilled about.

I will tell you something it's amazing how much information I can read here and still have absolutly no clue how to apply it to myself.

Isn't it amazing what carrying stuff up and down stairs all day will do for your legs? My family lays ceramic tile for a living and most of them have legs similar to yours. Not nearly as defined, though.

Looking good. I like the tattoo, too. It mean anything?

I really do a lot of walking and stairs and lifting and lugging. Thanks and yes the tat does mean something - but only to me.

You look to have a good solid frame and decent musculature. Especially for not lifting for a while! I would get back to lifting and lean up a little bit. I don' think you need to drop your calories too much. A modest amount. With advent of stimulus from weights that you've gotten unused to, I think you might be able to add a little muscle and lose some fat at the same time. Hopefully, it will also energize you and make you feel healthier.
