I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm pretty damn proud of myself.
I:
-lost 15.5 pounds last month
-went down 2 belt loops
-gained tons of strength all around and it is obvious
-fit into a lot of my old jeans and my current jeans are huge
-went from barely 15 minutes of cardio to 30 hard minutes (as of today)
-started eating much healthier
By my birthday, May 21, I will weigh my high school weight once again, but look much better, because I'll have been working out this whole time.
Why didn't you guys tell me losing weight and getting back down to studly weight was so easy and fun?
BTW: I owe this ALL to John Stone! Me visiting this site marked the day I got serious about this. I started at 6'1", 21 yrs, 268 and I'm at 250 right now and I'm dropping weight and gaining muscle like crazy.
This summer and the 7-10 day cruise I'm taking in August is gonna rock! I can't wait to surprise the hell outta friends who haven't seen me in forever, especially ex-girlfriends...that should be interesting.
