I started at the beginning of 2005 and these shots cover from then to Mid-April. At 6'1" and 178# I didn't want to lose a lot of weight, but rather trim down a little and gain muscle. It didn't work out that way as I lost 20# and 4" off my waist. I'm disappointed that I'm not gaining muscle but I know genetics and age are against me (I'm 51). I'm going to try to get more protein into my diet. I also just joined a gym but haven't gone yet. Should be better than my simple home set-up. Do you folks think I'm making any progress or am I just getting skinnier (which I've been most of my life)?

That belly got lost nicely. You need to get to work on the weights, big time. I would stop weight loss, increase calories to about 2000 and hold there while you work out. Train heavy as you can. You want a lifetime plan, I recommend HIT. Check below my signature.
