my goal is to hit 200 pounds and then cut. I m going to college in a month

Wow! You put on some nice mass. Your really gonna look awesome when you cut again and all that new muscle is popping . You look so much older now too. :tu:

yeah i have noticed that... my chest strength increased too... from 140 to 230

2-27-05: Rep 135 lbs
3-06-05: Rep 140 lbs
3-10-05: Rep 155 lbs
3-16-05: Rep 170 lbs
3-31-05: Rep 175 lbs
4-05-05: Rep 180 lbs
4-13-05: Rep 185 lbs
4-21-05: Rep 205 lbs

(They are done in 4 sets of 6 reps) (24 reps)

Incline Press:

2-27-05: 100 lbs
3-06-05: 115 lbs
3-21-05: 120 lbs
3-31-05: 135 lbs
4-21-05: 155 lbs

(They are done in 4 sets of 5 reps) (20 reps)

Yes, I was very consistent with my work out routine. I used to do that last year before i did cut down to 155 lbs so it's recovering :P

14.0 inch biceps in april 2005

36 inch chest in july 2004
40.5 inch chest in april 2005

I rep 385 on squats

i m not sure whats DLs?

Dumbbells,
70's for chest press with dumbbells.
60's for dumbbell flys
45's for just regular curls.

uh deadlift would hurt my shoulder... i was injured from wrestling so. :mad: o well

Eh, just hard work and good nutrition, I think. The numbers high-school power-lifters put out are fucking unbelievable. Very nice work for one year though, David. Keep it up!

The reason that high schoolers are getting a huge number because their testerone levels are at all-time high. (I think)
