I took three weeks off from the gym, to run my detox program, because I was generally feeling sluggish and sickly. I finished my detox system, and was chomping at the bit to get to the gym.
I did my first real Bodypump class in three weeks and it felt wonderful. I had to go much lighter on the weights, but it made no difference. It hurt... so good! :D
I am an avid Bodypump person, and the results I have from six months of classes are stupendous. I am ripped, and now that I have been able to lose some body fat, it really shows in class. I find the wieght lifting area of my gym to be inferior, so I turned to group classes from BTS. The are very motivational and pack in a killer workout in only one hour.
Any ways, I was so glad to hit the gym, I had to share.
