glad we got some joiners!! Hope everyone is doin good! I didnt do that great this week, but I'm just starting out, so I guess I can't just go into it 100% yet... but i've definatly been doing significantly better than I was before... Hope everyone else is doin alright... we'll look for pics and stat posts soon :)

I'm too busy with exams to spend time in this.
I do have one suggestion everyone. If you really want to see more progress, you should be posting a journal: what you eat, when you eat it, exercise you do or don't do, etc. It'll make you work harder and keep you more accountable when you know you're going to be posting what you did.

I'll join in on this, although I'm smaller in stature than you guys.

Height: 5'4
Weight: 145 pounds (still holding water weight from cheat weekend)
BF%: Need to get calipers but I'm guessing around 13-14%.
I'm looking to get to 135 pounds initially ideally in the next 4 weeks.
