Has anyone ever watched this show on MTV? I happened to catch it last night while flipping through the channels. The guy they were featuring was 24, and getting plastic surgery to reduce his manboobs. I really have to say that even after the surgery, I could not notice THAT much difference. He, however, was very happy with the results. I think it was definitely a psychological more than anything.

Yeah, I did see that. He wanted to look like Schwarzenegger. It looked like he never even thought about paying any attention to his diet as a way to reduce his man-boobs. It didn't look like he had gyno, just too much fat. I didn't think it looked that much better either, but his self confidence was hugely effected by it, so I guess that's all that matters.

Judging by the pile of grease he was eating with his girlfriend shortly before his surgery, I'd say you're spot on about the nutrition.

The gyno was there but it was definately compounded by his horrible diet. I love how he wore jeans that were super tight at the waist.. GO YOU! I really hate that show if you couldn't tell.
