I've been training for the past 6 months and done OK so far. Lost about 55lbs of fat (I hope) ... This past week I slacked a bit, didn't break my healthy eating habits or weight training but didn't do cardio as planned. Although I did do cardio every morning for 13 days straight since April 1st. I want to make another push, need some motivation, anyone up for it? It begins on Monday! :cool:
