I missed the deadline for my gym's "Spring Challenge" by a week so i'm holding my own challenge for myself. I challenge myself to get to 10% bodyfat by June 10th. To do this I must clean up my diet and continute to work hard in track and lift heavy in the gym. I can do this. The hardest part will be the diet but I think this may be the motivation I need, to get it out in public.
My Current Stats:
Height: 6' 8"
Weight: 155 Lbs
Main Lifts:
Deadlift: 4 x 10 @ 205lbs.
BP: 4 X 8-19 @ 140
Squat: 4 x 10 @ 205lbs.
Measurements:
BF: 15%
Chest: 35"
Arm: 13.25"
Waist: 30"
Thigh: 21.5"
Calf: 15"
