I have a long way to go, but I can see a difference in my gut and love handle region and my jeans are getting smaller. I have many more months to go though. Unfortunately it took many months to put all this damn fat on, so it's gonna take many months to take it right back off..lol! I'm a sole believer in Swolecats system. More pics as the weeks go by.:)
