Ok im 6ft currently in at 180lbs just trying to get an idea of where I am at. Currently I have been cutting and its been going great, losing 1lb a week and from my appearance have not been losing muscle.

14-16 i'd say.
nice job losing all that weight - i bet you feel like a completly different person now.

I have been lifting M, W, F but mostly just to maintain my current muscle.
Yes I have got into treadmill running. When I first started a little over 3 months ago I was doing just over a mile and a half in about 20min including warm up walk. A little while later I kicked it up to about 2.2 miles in 30mins including about 10mins of warmup/cool down walking. I did that 2.2 miles about 12 days in a row at the gym. Then after doing a little bit more reading here I kind of realized I was beating myself up and not giving myself enough rest.
Now what im doing is lifting M, W, F and doing cardio T and Th although sometimes when I get bored I will add another day of cardio. Right now im doing 3 miles in 30 mins with about 8 mins of warm up/cool down walking.
So I am doing quite a bit of both but my lifting is pretty basic, I'm not really doing much and only major exercises. I'm really getting into the cardio side of things. My main goal is to get to a low %BF by the end of this summer and when I go back to school start bulking for my first time ever.

Wow, you are a true inspiration to me. If i look as good as you do when I get to 15% i'll count myself very lucky.

Thanks man you are too kind. Its kind of one of those things where I still feel like im dragging around a big gut but in reality so much smaller then it used to be. The belly fat seems to be the last to leave :d_frown:
