Hi guys,

I'm pretty sure I'm hovering somewhere around 11 or 12%, heading down to 10%. Weight loss has been pretty good. This is about week number 5 and I did a weigh in and had lost right around 1/2 lb. One thing to consider, I ate 4oz. chicken breast, w/ cup and a half of green beans about 2 hours earlier, wasn't sure if this was just sitting in my stomach and maybe I actually lost more, or of course I cheated to hard on my "cheat day", that could also be possibility. Regardless, I just want to know those that have made the transition how much your weight loss slowed down during this period and if this seems about the right pace to be losing weight when in the 12 range moving to 10% body fat. Thanks for you help!

Actually water weight contributes to your LBM, so having a full stomach wouldn't hamper your bodyfat in the least... in fact it would help it ever so slightly.

Sorry I guess, I should make this a little clearer, basically is about 1/2 a week loss about right for when your in the 12-111% body fat range.

I guess it's possible to do better... but 1/2 a week is slow and steady, and more importantly, safe for you're LBM if you're working out and running, etc.

Alright, thanks for the info. My guess is I would have done better, but I think my cheat day greatly affected it. At the same time though, I know weight loss slows after sometime, so it's logical it would have slowed some by the fifth week. I'll see what next week brings.
