Hey All,
Well, my diet is a mess right now. I eat lots of fat free meats (99% fat free chicken and shrimp, just became a habbit). Broccoli. . . . . , then about once a day have a carb meal that usually consists pure junky little sugary items that adds up to about 300 to 400 cals or so. . . . . Combines sugars and fats so I'm sure I'm VERY slowly putting fat away here and there so I need to be carefull.
Once I feel that sugar rush I'm pretty much done eating for the day.
I was about 240 pounds at the start of this year and I'm at about 205 right now. I was beating the sh*t out of myself with exercise and carb cycling and eventually I got into a binge mode just a few weeks back but fortuneately I was able to keep a cap on the overall damage and now I'm looking to start off fresh! My body composition is a f*cking mess I must say. I'm a good looking dude but atkins/all meat type diets are not gettin me anywhere with body composition. The fact that I used to weight 350 dosen't help either.
*SO* What should I do now??? My main focus has always been to loose crazy weight, but now that I'm down to a more normal size I see the importance of body composition and I'm *REALLY*REALLY*REALL* dyin to be able to take my shirt off in front of someone and not feel embareassed(k, I have a hot girlfriend who tells me she thinks I'm on crack but you guys know how nice chicks are about how you look, they just don't get it!). I'm also tired of feeling like I'm starving all the time from complete lack of carbs in the diet (though I don't mind low carbing @ all, I can get by on 40 to 50 carbs a day if I eat enough).
I'm willing to tough out a diet, but not one that dosen't get me what I want!!!!
