Yeah, I know I don't belong in here...but I thought I'd throw a little motivation out on the table for the women...Pauline Nordin (http://www.ythjall.com/freehardcoremovie.html). :flex:

Holy crrrrap! :d_eek:

Really impressive build on her - very lean. But... wow... that's a little more muscle than I like on my women. I like toned, defined, and hard, but not quite so... bulky. I think her build is a pretty good representation of what many women fear they'll become when they lift.

:d_cool: Maaaaaaaaaaaan...

That is a hard working girl!!!

But I'm with Blue here, I prefer myself a little less muscular and more curved... I'm workin on it now!!! :gl:

Still, great motivation film!!! :tucool:

Don't forget...that's in the gym. Everybody looks pumped up in the gym. She basically looks like your typical fitness model. I mean, check out Allisa Carpio's portfolio (http://www.alissacarpiofitness.com/portfolio.html)...Or perhaps Jelena's (http://www.jelenafit.com/aboutMe.htm). These are just a couple of the women I know from another board I frequent.

well.. you don't pump up that much from working out... she's pretty muscular and would look just about the same even if she weren't working out... I prefer to stay a bit smaller than that... just my preference.

now if I could look like Allisa.. now that'd be nice :p

Yeah, she's hot! She was able to get built but stay feminine looking. That's awesome.

While it's not my personal taste in women, I don't think Pauline looks bad at all. If you really want to see something scary, go to T Nation and look at the current ?woman? in featured on Powerful Images.

For those that were impressed with Allisa, here's a couple of pics from the Junior USA's this past weekend. Just to give you a better idea how it all comes together...She won the Tall Class.

How tall is she?

5'7"...Check out her site. (http://www.alissacarpiofitness.com/) She's a sweetheart, and I'm sure she's be happy to give some pointers.
