Well i finaly built up the courage to post my pics on the net, i still covered up my face. Ill uncover when im satisfied with myself.

Alright, here is my history:

Im 6"2.5
I was 258 Pounds on March 21st, 2005
I am now 244 Pounds on April 11, 2005

I see a little change but not enough to really notice too much, ill post more pics every month to show my progress. You probbably read my post about that "sweets" incident.. well im back and stronger then ever.

It looks like you've already got a nice muscle base. Keep up the good work! BTW, have you lifted a lot before???

Yeah last year, but kinda stopped after Fall Ended...

Nice progress for only 3.5 weeks. You stomach is really melting away! :tu:

I agree with Destiny - your stomach looks much better! and your chest/shoulders look broader!

Great Job!! I am amazed by your change in this short period of time. I would love to know your workout plan. Also, what kind of exercise your doing for the Abs

My workout plan is pretty simple.

Everyday 7 days a week i do 50 Min Fasted Medium Intensity Cardio on the Stationary Bike. On Mondays, Wednsdays and Fridays i do an Additional 40 Min of Cardio after work (7-8 pm) 21 of it is High Intensity HIIT and the rest is lvl 2 cruise speed.

On Wednsday and Saturday i hit the gym and do 3 muscle groups each time for 45 min, with a 5 min cario preworkout to warm up.

Diet is High Protein, Low Carb. Going 25% Fat/25% Carb/50% Protein.

I do 30 Crunches before i go to bed, to get myself a little tired. (Quick way to fall asleep) :cool:

Well it has been a GREAT month, tons of exercise, heathy food, not one drop of beer or alchohol other then the 2 glasses of wine i had on special days this month.

Although i had some temptation :drool: problems along the way, especially with sweets. I dont usually like to eat sweets, but sometimes it just kills me not to have a chocholate bar or something sugary.

I was proactive in that sense, i threw out ALL sweets in the house right into the dumpster (Oreo Cookies, Coffee Crisp Bars, Jelly Beans)

Here is the one month pic, hope some of you find it motivational. If not thats ok, i stil got a LONG way to go :)

Way to go. I can see a big difference in your chest and stomach. Sitck with it..your program is definitely working for you.
