After losing about 12 lbs since Jan, I've resorted to my old habits. I can't seem to get back on the program. On top of that I totaled my car Thursday. I don't think I can hit the gym until my hands heal. (Thank god for air bags).
Any words of encouragement would be helpful.
Thanks
George

For the meantime, focus more on you diet. Try to eat more nutritious foods and less junk food. Since you're injured, don't sweat about it, just take your time to recover. If possible, do some cardio 3-4 days a week. So again, take your recovering time to focus more on your diet, and when you're ready to hit the gym again, it should be a lot easier :tu:

Car crash aside - you need to figure out WHY you were off the plan in the first place. I mean, REALLY figure it out, even if it sounds stupid or weak. Once you know your reasons, you can deal with them.
As far as the car crash, I'm sorry to hear about that, and thankgoodness you are ok! If and when you are ready mentally to get back on the wagon - then see where you are physically. Don't let your car accident become a ready excuse for something you were already engaging in prior to it. When you are ready, if you are physically unable to do what you need to, you can focus on the dietary part of it, as was already suggested :)
