I did a search and could not find anything. I usually get Orange ROughy, but the price on it in my area has gone up almost 40% since last year...
It would be great to have a good Mahi Mahi recipe(s) since that is a reasonable price and I can get it in bulk at Sams Club. I have 2 lbs. of it in my freezer right now.
any recipe suggestions? Grill/stove/pan cooked all acceptable :tu:

I have some mahi mahi too frozen ready to go, I have just been playing around with different spices there is this creole spice that I let the fish thaw and rub that on with some oil either veggie or olive to help seal in the juice and keep on the spices and add some black pepper, with it sometimes I add in some of the frozen shrimp too that I buy at Costco probably available other places with some garlic cloves too either chopped or crushed. I like to cook the meat then add in a couple of bell peppers and sometimes onion or lately I have been doing with asparagus. It makes a pretty good meal and I think its pretty healthy too.

That stuff rocks !
You don't need much to make it great ! (It already is  )
Try some garlic, pepper, light oregano, salt to taste, lemon, a few onion slices to top, wrapped in tin foil on the barbeque.
Be careful, though, if overcooked, it's like shoe leather. Enjoy !
