Just something to think about before buying or even believing to before and after pictures used by some company to sell their useless products. I'm not saying that all before and after pictures are scam, but this is one of the tricks, some shameless company use. Here's the link (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/silverman2.htm) :read:

Hmmm...so what I really need to work on isn't fat loss, but rather standing up straight and sucking in my gut. Makes sense, as my posture is horrible.

Yeah, I cant believe how obvious those "before/after" pics are to the eye of someone who actually looks at them with a logical, critical eye.

That's the whole problem. The demographic for those ads include the couch potatoes that many of us used to be... who're all looking for that miracle pill that will transform them instantly. I, for one, remember looking at those ads and though I knew they were faked, there was still that little glimmer of hope I harbored somewhere deep in my psyche that said "... maybe I should give this a try..."

Yeah, I used to believe in before and after picture too, I mean when you're desperate, logic is the last thing in mind. Thank God I never get the opportunity to waste money buying pills or exercise gimmicks that when I look back now, seems full of bull...
