Hey guys and gals....I have been reading on John Stone Fitness for a while now and decided to post.

I started off Jan. 1 at 6'6" and 266lbs with 16% body fat.

My goal is to get to about 235lbs-240lbs and 11% body fat.

In Jan. I started watching what I was eating, quit going out to lunch and drinking all the pop at work. It's now April 7th and I am hovering around the 250ish mark. I am stuck there and can't seem to get any lower. I work out mon/tues/thurs/friday in the morning (5:30am) and then Sat/Sun during the day. By working out I alternate between a good 50 minute cardio one day to lifting and a short cardio the next day.

I get in 2-3 protein shakes a day with L-Glutamine in them. About 1400-1600 calories a day right now.

Any suggestions on what I can add to my food list to up my calories, but help my weight loss? I am not looking to bulk up with Muscle right now, rather lose the fat first. Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks!

Eat about 1.5-2 times what you currently are.

As for how to do that, just eat bigger meals.
