Hey everyone, this site is GREAT. I have a question and would like some help. I go the gym 5 days a week, do pretty hard cardio and moderate weight training. I am 18 years old i am about 5'8 and weight 160. I would to drop 10 pounds. Whats the most effective way to do so? My body doesent take carbs too well (it loved turning carbs into fat) but i still try to eat a nice amount of carbs. What would you guys reccomend? Any cardio input is more than welcomed. Thanks! :)

This is a link to Marcus's Fat-Loss Forum on this...er...Forum. It has tons of tips on how to fight fat. Its pretty long but it contains a GREAT amount of information. Read it through and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for the link. I actually read that and found it to be very helpful. The thing i wanted to know was what kinds of foods i should be eating? Also, is there a certain kind of cardio that burns fat better than others. I like the cross traning machine at my gym but when its nice outside i also run. How many calories should i take in if i do very heavy cardio 4-5 days a week (heavy cardio meaning twice a day, i the morning/afternoon and evening, 30 minutes each, machine says i burn about 450 calories with each workout, so about 900 total) plus weight traning.
