I really began my transformation last friday. January the 16th.
I read about John the tuesday before that, and he really got me motivated.

I weigh about 72 kilos, I think that's about 160 lb's. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm 182 centimeters tall. Thats about 6'1'.

I'm not that strong and thin, though I'm not fat and weak either. Something in between I would say. My goal is to burn some fat and build muscles. I want to be quite thin and really strong.

Well, about the workout. This is my schedule:

Mondays:
Boxing
Crunches

Tuesdays:
Back
Shoulders
Triceps
Cardio
Crunches

Wednesdays:
Cardio
Crunches

Thursdays:
Chest
Biceps
"Underarms", or what it's called in English
Cardio
Crunches

Fridays:
Boxing
Crunches

Saturdays:
Back
Shoulders
Triceps
Cardio
Crunches

Sundays:
Chest
Biceps
"Underarms"
Cardio
Crunches

Boxing is as you probably know mostly perseverance, and man, you're really exhausted when you get out of the place.

What do you guys think about this?
Is it too much or maybe the opposite?
I want comments. I've been maintaining this one week now, except for wednesday when I really had to take it easy.
But now when I'm on and going, I probably won't be resting again, ever. :)

And I'm sorry if there are any faults in the writing, I'm from Stockholm, Sweden. 8)

Saturday 24th:
I went to the gym in the morning (10.30 AM :)).
It was a nice but kinda short workout since I had to get to the motorbike exhibition wich is arranged every second year.
It was a triceps/back/shoulders-workout wich made it kinda hard to walk around all day at the exhibition. :(

Sunday 25th:
An experienced (in working out that is) buddy came with me to the gym to show me some good biceps exercises. That made me learn a few new things, but although I wasn't that tired when I went home. Actually I have been training harder by myself. Och maybe I've just felt that way because I have been doing the exercises wrong?!
Anyway, I learned some new stuff wich will be useful this thursday when it's biceps-day again. :)

Today:
No boxing today. Instead I'll soon be going to the local swimming place to... swim. :) I have to vary the training sometimes, wich is also a tip to all of you who doesn't already know that. Don't do the same exercises over and over again. You can switch radicaly every third week or so. That's at least what I'm gonna do.

Cheers

Tuesday 27th:
Went to the gym and worked out for about one and a half hour.
Triceps, back and shoulders today. A nice workout, as always. :)

Wednesday 28th:
Since I couldn't wait to do my chest/biceps workout, I went to the gym today and did it. These are my favourite muscular groups to exercise. It was really nice and I went home with a big smile in my face. :D

Thursday 29th:
Since I did the chest/biceps workout yesterday I decided to go straight at the triceps/shoulders/back-workout. Earlier that day I heard that you shouldn't do more than two muscular-groups per workout time. So today I only worked out my back and shoulders.

Friday 30th:
Chest and biceps again! Nothing special happened today either.

I have rested the whole weekend and will pick up my first whey-protein tomorrow. :)
