I went to pick up some more oatmeal and saw a 7 Grain Cereal beside it. I thought I would buy it just for a change. Just curious if the regular oats would be better or if this 7 grain would be ok? I had it this morning and it was very good.

Looks good to me.... just my opinion - but I am biased, I LOVE hot cereals!

I agree. Why limit to oats? And why compare the two? If you eat only oats or only 7 grain cereal, probably both are inferior ... get a variety of foods, have the oats some time, then try coco wheats or 7 grain or cream of rice. Get a variety and then it doesn't matter what's best, you'll be getting a spectrum of it all!
