Chocolate Banana Dip
7 tbls protein powder, chocolate
4 tsp almonds
4tbls yogurt, non-fat
1 medium banana

Now I didnt eat the entire dip, cuz obviously its where all the sugar is. But I feel like I wasted all that protien powder by just using 1 banana, I mean it didnt last long. I was wonderin what should I do, should I just eat the rest of the dip, or can I put it in the fridge for another day (will the protein go bad?).

Why are you worrying about sugar from a banana/yogurt...?

That dip looks 100% healthy. :claplow:

I used to work at a chocolate store at Disney, we made similar dips and froze them. (we stored them with ice cream so I imagine the temperature was around 30 degrees or so...I can't remember)

As long as you don't forgot about it for a week, you should be fine eating it later.

Looks like something I'd like to try. For the most part it seems healthy but I'm no expert.
