Hi everyone
I'm currently on a cutting diet and I just bought this mixture at a nutritional store, it has lots of ingredients and I'm pretty sure that it's good for cutting and also good for breakfast. Here are the ingredients:
Oatmeal
Honey
Peanut
Raisin
Bran
Nuts
Almonds
Coconunt
Sesame seed
Amaranth
Cinnamon
Dehydrated Banana
Sunflower seed
Flower pollen
There are 3 other ingredients, but I don't know their names in english but they are much like the ones I've listed. According to the label this has, for every 20g, 122 calories of fat, 3g of total fat and 20g of carbs. Of course that 20 g. is very little, I always end up eating like 100 grams. Like I said, I think this is great for breakfast and cutting, but your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
thanks

Dehydrated Bananas are sometimes cooked in oil instead, which makes them a poor choice. If they're truly dehydrated though, and not banana chips, they should be good.

Well I always have this mixture along with a piece of fruit, but you are right, I do need to increase my protein, the egg whites semm like a good idea, although I don't really fell like cooking that early in the morning :o
And as far as I can tell they are really dehydrated bananas, which is a good thing.
Thanks for your thoughts, any more will be appreciated.
