Obviously it is better than a coke or a piece of chocolate cake, but I'm wondering how good it actually is for you.
I have heard the most of the health benefits from fruits or vegitables come from the peel or the part just under the peel because that is where most of the vitamins and antioxidants are, so therefore juice is less healthy for you because it doesn't contain these. Considering that and considering how much sodium is in them, would you consider them a healthy drink/snack?
...and don't say yes just because they taste bad :p
(Just kidding, I don't mind the taste of 'em).
