I picked up a loaf of Split-top wheat bread from the store. They were out of whole wheat. How is this stuff on the complex carb side of things.
The ingredients ay
Wheat flour
water
high fructose corn syrup
whole wheat
crushed wheat

its 14g carbs per slice, (2g dietary fiber, 1g suger)
3g protien

Is this stuff processed or the the same as whole wheaT?

It's no good...The first ingredient is "wheat flour" instead of "whole wheat flour." That means it's mostly just refined wheat flour. When buying bread, choose that which has whole wheat flour as the main ingredient and which has at least 3 grams of fiber per slice. That's about as good as it gets for bread.
