I want to order some whey protein from all the whey. Do I get Isolate, Blends, or 20/30?
I am currently cutting by alternating lifting and cardio days. I am trying to put on some muscle as I cut as well. Is there a specific kind for specific needs? i.e. a certain kind for bulking and a certain kind for cutting?

The 20/30 has maltodextrin in it.. but you're probably already gonna mix it with dextrose right? Then you don't really need that.
"whey protein blend" vs "whey protein isolate." This is just different levels of purity. Just go with whatever is cheaper and factor the extra fat gram or two into your diet.

Thanks for the input. I am not mixing anything with dextrose. I dont even have a full grasp of what that is. I went ahead and got the blend tho.
