i'm wondering if it's bad to vary your diet every day, in terms of the ratio break down. I usually get the same amount of protein daily (~110g) but my fat and carbs vary..i'm wondering if this is bad to do. i struggle with all that calculating. Also, i 'm wondering if the protein in nuts counts towards your daily protein intake.
overall i eat clean. i'm just wondering if these daily changes are a bad thing

I don't see how that would be a problem, just mix the foods up a bit or else it will get completely boring. I try to mix things up but I enjoy the same boring oatmeal every morning. If you are at a point where you are enjoying every meal instead of choking it down I think your set! Unless you are trying to cut then I would lower calories then raise them then lower and raise, I hear thats the best way to do it? But I wouldn't listen to me about that I'm not 100%

I find I always eat the same boring breakfast. Interestingly enough, breakfast is the meal that most people have as exactly the same as the previous day over any other. As for varying your diet, your body is a tough ol machine. It can regulate itself pretty well. Unless you're fluctuating by like 100-150 g of carbs a day, or 50g of fat, I really wouldn't worry. IIRC, the body stores about 14-20 days of essentially fatty acids in it. Glenn_001 mentioned something about this in a post a while ago, but don't hold it as cold hard fact to me or him. To fluctuate a bit everyday is fine.
