As the title says, I'm taking a week off from lifting. I want to start the MAX-OT program and would like to do it with a freshly healed body.
This week I will only be doing cardio. Are there any other considerations I should keep in mind? Dietary or otherwise? Is there any opportunities on an off week that I should be taking advantage of?
Thanks.

Read and reread the max-ot plan, go to the site and read everything. Do a google search on the plan. Know everything there is to know about Max-OT. You might if you have a home setup, try one set of any new exercise you have never used before. Check your form on all the exercises you plan to use with plan.

Prepare and focus on what you will need to do in the weeks ahead. Don't forget diet! Start a plan for a journal online or off where you keep record of diet and exercise. Check out the two threads beneath my signature for ideas and education.
