I just bought some Kashi Go Lean cereal yesterday, 1g fat, 30 carbs, 10 dietary fiber, 9 soluble fiber, 1 insoluble fiber. So basically 20 carbs a serving, each serving has 13 grams of protein and the taste is incredible. I think it's delicious, you might want to check it out on top of oatmeal for breakfasts or to get some carbs. Natural Peanut butter is great especially for omega 3's, other nuts are fine as well in moderation. If you have a waffle craving their are Vans Organic Gourmet Waffles. Which I bought also taste great with strawberries ontop of them. They are made with Flax and Soy, so the waffles have omega 3's and such in them (good fats), also whole wheat carbs and soy protein. Egg beaters are a non-fat tasty egg alternative, 30 calories an egg, 6 g of protein, 0 fat. Whole Wheat bread is an obvious, lean meats, fish, cottage cheese. These are all good things you should look into. One fruit I stay away from personally is banana's because of the high sugar factor, sure it's natural sugar but I find theirs too much in something so little.

eating healthier cost more..tis sad but true.
