Hi everyone, I'm 15 years old and due to alot of dieting over a year ago I lost alot of muscle. Mainly I am concerned about my arms. I've been increasing my calorie intake and working out for months but am not seeing any major improvements in my arms which are too skinny, and I basically dont even have a tricep muscle anymore, it seems. Is there any supplements or anything else that could help my arm muscles grow or in general make my arms bigger? I appreciate your help.

Iron, the kind you pump in weight training, along with a clean diet with the proper calories.

True. Post your diet and weight training program. You'll get some great critiques and advice.

Thanks, do they sell iron-only supplements? I do curls and bench's and I eat 1500 calories a day.

I think he was referring to the iron you lift ;)
You don't need to get into supplements at your age, as all they are going to do for you if your eating enough already, is make you fat.
Most supplements are rubbish and not really necessary for most.
If you want to try something that will fill your muscles out a little and help with strength, try creatine, around 1 tsp a day is all you need.
(Taking more wont make you bigger by the way)

How much do you weigh? What are your stats?
and... why are you counting calories?!

If you're 15 years old, eat! You're still growing right now, in fact this is the age when boys turn into men. You need lots of food to grow, and in my oppinion at 1500 calories a day that's not enough (if you are the average sized 15 year old). I would eat good healthy foods, and a lot of them. Don't pig out mindlessly, but be sure you are never hungry. You have to eat a lot to gain muscle, and when you're growing up as well as trying to build, you're going to have to eat some more.

Note: Eating does not include chips, chocolate, POP (evil), greasy burgers, french fries, fried chicken, deep fried anything, white breads, pizza (I love pizza), and the like. You won't get muscle on these.

If you want to work your triceps try those exercises where you lift one dumbbell over your head with both hands. With the weight perpendicular to the floor have your arms in back of your head and lift the weight over your head until your arms are about straight. Be careful not to hit your head with the weight though as that would hurt.

How does your back look? I would add some back exercises like the military press to your strength training regimen. Just hold one dumbbell in each hand at about shoulder length and raise your arms above your head, straightening your arms
