http://home.howstuffworks.com/food.htm
The article contained at the designated URL above cites information about the basics of food for example, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Now the question I have is this. Is the information in that article outdated, could any of that information have changed? I have read an article that states fluoride is bad for you and impacts the brain negatively in some way, I don't remember much more apart from that. This now has me questioning the validity of the information contained at the designated URL
, has new research brought about change to that information is essentially what I want to know, I would also like to get this updated information.
Thanks, radonix
