I'm currently eating my little brother's chewable multivitamins aside from my multivitamin. You know, the one that has a taste of a candy, but according to the nutritional facts, it has almost no calories. I'm treating it as a candy, maybe 3 pieces a day. Good or bad?

Well, there's a few problems with this.
1) even if a product says it has no calories, it could have cumulative calories if you consume more than one serving of it (ie. the vitamin might have 0.9 calories, and then eating 3 of could give you more than 2 calories.) In this example, it's laughable, but still. You can consider it.
2) the composition of children's vitamins is very similar to adult vitamins, and therefore you could get an overdose of certain vitamins. I don't know enough to know which ones are problematic, but I know it is a valid concern. Especially, if you are taking a multivitamin in addition to these, it's NOT a good idea.
3) they're awfully expensive.
I like fruit flavored tums quite a lot, and these are a great calcium supplement, believe it or not. Maximum recommended amount is ten tablets per day, but that's not over long periods. General instructions are to chew 2 or 3 as needed, as an antacid.
Anything that you're eating only three of per day is not an evil. Heck, even if they had 20 calories apiece (as many candies surely do), you still wouldn't notice any weight gain from eating three a day. Swap to a regular candy, or raisins or something. It's much better for you than worrying about liver damage or altering your metabolism.
